Received my new Cowboy bike before XMAS, but in an unpacking snafu, my darling housekeeper threw away the key! Fortunately, Marta from customer service volunteered to send me a new accessories pack, but I still had to wait for 10 frustrating days looking at my gorgeous bike and not being able to ride it. Finally, the key arrived, and I was able to use the beautiful and intuitive app to initiate the bike. It was unboxing sex.
