### Do I need to take an appointment before visiting a store?
If you're interested in testing the bike, we recommend booking a test ride in advance.  For repairs, calling ahead is recommended to make sure they're available to welcome you.

### Can every store handle repairs?
Most of our Certified Partners offer repair services. Use the “Repair” filter above to find the ones that do.

### How long does a repair take, and how much does it cost?
It depends on the type of repair and the shop. You can request a quote before any work is done.

### Can I test all bike models at every location?
Test ride availability varies by shop. Visit the [Test Ride page](/pages/test-ride) and select your preferred model to see where you can try it.

### Are the bikes in stock, and can I leave with one immediately?
Some shops have bikes in stock. Call ahead to check availability. In all cases, every shop can order the perfect bike for you, configured to your preference with the accessories you want. It will be delivered to the shop and assembled by their team, ready for you to ride.

### Are there other places where I can test a Cowboy bike?
